Suncoast Naturists
Supporting naturist recreation in Southwest Florida
What is the Law?
The law, or at least our interpretation, is simple nudity is not vulgar, indecent, lewd or lascivious. Attempts to create laws that imply that there is something inherently sinful or indecent about the human body have been rejected by the highest courts. The legality of nudity is determined by the context in which it occurs and the acts by which it is accompanied.
For more information see: http://naturistaction.org/StatesProvincesTerritories/states.html SCN Rules of Etiquette • Explicit sexual behavior will not be tolerated at organized SCN naturist events or activities.• Clothing-optional means just that. Nudity is only required when bathing in member's or resort pools.• At SCN event, be friendly, but don’t intrude, and never stare.• Always bring towels & chairs to SCN events, and always sit on your own towel.
